UNA Hotels Napoli
Praised forgreat location · helpful staff · good food options
Flagged fornoise from the street · cleanliness concerns in the area · limited parking options
Good location for trains.
Room was clean and recently renovated. Beds comfortable. Overlooking the piazza and rail station. Easy walk from trains. Staff were helpful arranging airport transfer for very early departure.
Cons Bathroom shower flooded the floor :( We did struggle with room keys not coded correctly. Housekeeping was very helpful. And flush for toilet was difficult to sort.
Dejligt ophold. Vi kommer igen
Central placering og meget venligt personale
Volveré.
Ubicación, personal, limpieza…
Cons Nada que objetar.
OK but will stay elsewhere next time
Good location
Cons I bought a deluxe room and was not given a choice on room location
Location is excellent, rooms were very nice and clean, staff was also very helpful.
Cons The breakfast was not good.
