Very comfortable, relaxing, smooth, easy and convenient.
The Gym is absolutely great. I normally don't bother with hotel gyms because they often don't have sufficient essential equipment (machines over basic weights). There's a squat rack, plenty kettle bells, dumbells, benches, cable pull machine, row machine, thread mills. Great little gym for experienced gym rats. The swimming pool is heated and long enough to do a small lap. Sauna and bar are great too.
