The team here could not be more friendly and attentive, the food is always on point, and the setting is like sitting in a travel magazine page. We just love everything about this place

LOVE IT HERE

Upon arrival we were greeted with warm welcomes and exceptional assistance. The lobby felt lux and serene as anticipated. Janeth got us settled into our room right away and was greatly appreciated in the whole check in experience. Very polite and informational. Angel helped with our bags and gave us a nicer tour around the property at the same time. I already know it is going to be an exceptional stay.. as usual.

Memorable service

We had a wonderful dinner at La Casona at Villa La Estancia. The food was beautifully prepared and everything we ordered was cooked very well, but the real star of the evening was our server, Jonathan. Jonathan was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire meal. He struck that perfect balance of always being there when we needed something without ever making us feel rushed. Great food can make a dinner memorable, but exceptional service can turn it into an experience, and Jonathan did exactly that. Thank you, Jonathan, for making our evening so enjoyable. We will absolutely be back!

Great experience

We had an absolutely incredible experience at La Estancia! A huge thank you to Maira, Gilberto, and Paulo for going above and beyond to make our birthday celebration so special. They did an amazing job setting up the birthday decorations at the restaurant and made the entire evening feel genuinely memorable. What really took the experience to another level was that we had caught our own yellowfin tuna earlier that day, and they prepared and served our catch for us. It was absolutely delicious and such a cool way to end an already amazing day in Cabo. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Maira, Gilberto, and Paulo were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making the night special for us. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip. La Estancia is lucky to have such an incredible team. We’ll absolutely be back, and we can’t thank Maira, Gilberto, and Paulo enough for giving us a birthday dinner we’ll remember for years!

LaCasona perfection

Dinner at LaCasona. Gilberto made a wicked Caesar salad tableside that was delicious. Angela (hostess?) made certain we were hydrated, food delivered and cleared expeditiously, and saw we ate “family style” so plates were flying! Hibiscus sorbet - chef’s kiss.
