Clean and meets expectation
Great value, Lovely resort for famalies.
The rooms were immaculate with amazing bathrooms. The facilities were great and the location when staying witha f family is ideal. Breakfast is good value.
Cons The self check in process was a little odd and there was no Bar or facilities within the Hotel open after 9pm
Loved the location, amenities and room features of the hotel!
Stayed here for two nights from the 28th of October and was loved the convenient location (just minutes' walk from the monorail)! Staff during our check-in, check-out, and anytime we needed them in-between were helpful and friendly as well. Encountered an issue during our stay but staff were quick to respond to our feedback and take the necessary follow-up actions. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great, with a reasonable variety of food, including local delights. Having travelled with a 3-month-old, we also appreciated that the hotel was able to provide a baby cot, bottle steam steriliser for our needs too. The room also featured a sliding door that separated the sleeping area from bathroom area, which we appreciated when trying to let our baby sleep in.
Cons Check-in process was slightly prolonged due to the hotel's system not recognising that I already made payment via Booking.com. Not sure whether the issue is with Booking.com or the hotel, however. The largest Pamukkale pool was unfortunately under renovation works at the time thus didn't get the full experience.

Handy location
Cons The staff member we had on check-in was not friendly or helpful at all, we were never told anything about the place, not even where the elevator was to get to our room, just worked out ourselves by the room number what floor it was on. Or that we could scan a QR code to get the monorail back from the mall for free. Tiny rooms, but fine.
Reception was excellent with an early check in, room was great, location excellent
Cons The main pool was closed - this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I don't remember this being made clear when booking.
