Cons The property needs a major upgrade, the bathrooms especially need to be spruced up to new of the price points are what Vivanta is looking at, purple dingy feel, as well in the front. The furnishings have too much synthetic fabrics,which gives a plastic feel to the napkins, curtains and even the bed runner. Hope these improve, looks tough to come back here again

All was good from the staff hospitality, breakfast and dinner. Location was perfect as it is situated in the Central Business District (CBD). Perfect for a work trip.

Amazing staff from reception to the team at gate, great food both room service as well as breakfast
Cons They spent big money on renovating all floors and restaurants but forgot to upgrade bathroom fittings which is the main area for a guest to have good shower. The choice and condition of soap dispenser was horrible, it was stinking. Room 110 if someone try to wash hand with the soap he will pile.
