Disappointed to say the least for $540 (2nights)

The view..

Cons Extremely run down, pool area run down and gate doesn’t even close/lock for children, rotting on the outside in multiple areas, needs a water blast, tennis court full of weeds, not the cleanest of rooms (mould around windows), extensive moisture damage throughout not only the room but hallway, room didn’t have any cutlery, plates or anything to use if we wanted to cut some bloody cheese. Wine glasses but no corkscrew. Spa bath sinks and looks like it’s going to fall through the floor when in it. Staff… what staff? Where were they ?? No book to tell us about the place or what’s nearby or what’s on the menu. Won’t go back.

Below average at best, we booked for two nights and only stayed one.

Location was good

Cons It was rundown and the grounds were shabby. Some of the sockets didn’t work . The decor is tired and needs upgrading. The pool was dirty

We were a little disappointed as our expectations were higher.

Room was spacious.

Cons The room was dated and worn. The bed needed some attention.

We usually book our little runaways here. Love coming here every few months to get away byt still close enough to home.

Cons Feels a little run down, although I can see the small things done to the place slowly but surely, we had a smaller room then usual, holes in the wall there pictures once hung, paint on the carpet. Really minor stuff.

Location is great if you have a car, staff were great and very friendly. Very helpful with anything you required.
