It's my third time which says it all and I'll be back.
I love the top balcony rooms with the bath that has the ability to open the shutters to look at the lake view. Stunning.
Cons Whilst the bed was excellent the carpet had not been vacuumed which was evident by past debris around the bed and chairs.
Convenient but unlikely to return/recommend

Cons The facilities are run down and need investment… the property is in dire need of uplift. First room we were kept awake all night due to creaking floorboards above.
