самый лучший отель в городе! Потрясающий интерьер в номере, фантастический вид, местоположение удобное - внизу огромное количество ресторанчиков и магазинов. Считаю, что это лучший отель в Чэнду, обязательно вернусь и рекомендую

Cons Staff really incompetent,patrolling the elevators scrolling on their phones and not trying to help.Got told that they don’t have umbrellas even tho they 2 minutes later said thats its not even close to occupied,we had to ask a second time just so that they went and actually got umbrellas

hotel é perfeito, quarto amplo, banheiro grande e lindo, tudo muito limpo, cama confortável, nos sentimos em casa, serviço ótimo, comida maravilhosa, super bem localizado numa rua famosa da cidade que da pra ver as famosas torres de chengdu iluminadas a noite, rua repleta de lojas e restaurantes, equipe toda fala inglês, lindo demais, simplesmente amamos, recomendo!

Perfekter Aufenthalt!!

Das Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, mein Mann hatte bescheid gesagt, dass die Reise anlässlich meines Geburtstages war und das Hotelpersonal hatte das Zimmer liebevoll dekoriert, es war wundervoll!! Der Service war perfekt und ganz besonders toll war das Frühstück! Der Frühstücksraum ist so toll designt, der Service war großartig und die Speisen einfach nur köstlich! Auch das Gym war toll! Alles in allem perfekt, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!

Cons Überhaupt nichts, es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Unique stay

Overall this hotel is worth it for the amazing design, it is really unique and beautiful. The breakfast was the best we had in China, really very very good. The staff were all very attentive and helpful, many spoke English, which can be rare even at hotels. The direct connection to the mall was really nice, particularly in rainy days, and the hotel had a nice to explore surrounding area. However if this is the only hotel you will be staying at in Chengdu, i wouldnt recommend this location, its quite far from the main attractions. The pool area was also very nice though we would have appreciated more instructions on accessing it and what to wear.

Cons After a 20h+ flight we arrive at the hotel at 16h and the room is not ready... it took around 30 minutes more of wait for us to be able to check in. For such an expensive hotel this was a really big letdown. Although we booked non-smoking bedroom, there was a weird smell in the room. This happened in all hotels we stayed at with mixed smoking policy.
