An absolutely wonderful stay at W Hong Kong! Our spacious, beautifully designed corner room on a high floor was stunning, with breathtaking views across Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline. The modern interior, generous space and overall comfort made the room a pleasure to return to after exploring the city. The location is exceptional! The hotel sits directly above the impressive Elements shopping mall and Kowloon Station, providing excellent rail connections throughout Hong Kong and incredibly convenient access to the airport via the Airport Express. Breakfast was superb, with an outstanding variety of high-quality dishes catering to different tastes. We thoroughly enjoyed starting each morning this way. A stylish, luxurious hotel in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed our two-night stay and would happily return!

Cons staff！i hv been pre-charged for guarantee without inform me in advance. so i had to call hotel via booking, but the phone automatically went to Liz Carlton! the reception often no chinese speaking staff, this is not convenient for elder people.
