Cons 服務人員每組客人入住不管是介紹設施及用品和付費品項有需要加強，很多省略…好比房間內餅乾必須付費，退房後隔幾天又收到一大筆酒水費用！感覺不是很好，客服也一樣…完全感覺不出頂級酒店的質感。

Excellent stay in downtown Taipei
Excellent location, right in the middle of the center of Taipei, next to immense shopping mall and overlooking the iconic Taipei 101. We were upgraded to a corner Suite with marvellous views of the skyline and excellent facilities. The breakfast (tasted from our stay a few days before) was amazing. The gym, too, was fantastic.

An Average Experience
This W hotel is okay. It does not provide a personalized service. The concierge politely referred us to check on Google when asked for a local recommendation. We needed 5 plates for dinner in our room (not ordered through the hotel) and Room Service informed us that they only give a maximum of 3 bowls (not plates) and cutlery. There was a slight mix-up by Housekeeping and the floor manager came to personally apologize along with a nice bottle of wine which was a kind gesture. The restaurant has a fast paced, cafeteria-like atmosphere and the staff seem friendly. Each time we went to the restaurant for breakfast, before being seated, we were asked to sign the bill for our extra guest. There is a $69 USD daily charge for a roll-away bed. This W hotel gives the feeling that they need to watch every penny. Next time in Xinyi, I would like to stay at a different hotel for a more memorable experience.
