Rooms are spacious with good beds and lake views, but dated and dirty with broken fixtures like missing spa parts and stained toilets.

Ķa Pai..Awesome
Excellent service and understanding staff. I was early for my check in yet they got a room ready for me. Same when I had to checkout they extended it so I could catch my flight and enjoy my stay longer.
Worth the money
Great rooms and breakfast
Nice space
Cons Would have been nice to have had a microwave
Friendly staff & clean accomodation. Liked the sauna & spa facilities.
Very pleased. Will stay again.
Staff were amazingly helpful, esp since we made a mistake in our booking. Room comforable. Restaurant good. Good value for money.
Cons Nothing really. An EV charger would have been icing on the cake.
