Provided an okay place to stay.

We were able to book a room right away after having no reservations and not being able to leave for a few days due to rebooking plane tickets due to Hurricane La La.

Cons Each day staring around 8:00 AM and lasting until near 4:00 PM there was jackhammers going for repairs on the building

Excellent Waikiki Properrty

I continue to choose the Waikiki Marriott Spa & Resort for my business travels to Hawaii! This hotel is in a great location, has excellent views and most importantly provides excellent customer service. The manager Chi continues to ensure his team provides customer service excellence which is what keeps me returning to this property. Going to breakfast at the onsite Kuhio Beach Grill is always a pleasure! Georgette and Kim make guests feel welcomed with their Aloha spirit! The chef Billy at the omelette station is always friendly and makes excellent omelettes! I will continue to return to this property for my business and personal travels.

Exactly what I needed

The room was excellent, clean and beautiful view! Restaurants were very good!

Cons Valet parking was slower than desired. Perhaps shorthanded.

Convenient to everything and everywhere. The adult pool, bars and restaurants are exceptional.

Cons Conceigre staff were nice but had no clue when asked for help or suggestions. Could improve on experience.
