Wonderful Hospitality and Great Concierge Service

We had a very positive stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing. There was initially some miscommunication regarding our room arrangement, but the staff responded immediately, resolved the issue efficiently, and offered thoughtful gestures that we greatly appreciated. The support from the Concierge team was excellent throughout our stay, and we also had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel’s Cantonese restaurant. While not everything may be perfect at all times, what impressed us most was the staff’s genuine commitment to responding quickly and doing their best to resolve any issue. Their professionalism and attentive service made a real difference to our overall experience. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the Waldorf Astoria Beijing.

Geweldig hotel goede restaurants en ontbijt. De locatie is zeer goed en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor ons was dit één van de beste 5-sterren hotels die we hebben bezocht.

Solid option, not a five stars experience

Great location, a rather comfortable room, and a nice breakfast.

Cons The room was a bit old, with an outdated TV; the Wi-Fi was rather slow. We also had a relatively unpleasant experience with the service in the restaurant, but the staff later offered remediation.

Если честно в это пребывание консьерж Катерина увеличила удовольствие от пребывания на 300% она всегда сама звонила/писала, бронировала спа, рестораны. Очень учтива , внимательна, вежливая, потрясающий человек. Мы остались очень и очень довольны. Мы каждый вечер заказывали в номер ужин- это очень удобно с ребенком, было вкусно, даже дети остались довольны в Китае сложно накормить детей. В целом весь персонал очень внимательный. Катерине отдельное спасибо, особенно за помощь с переездом в другой отель.

The best accomodation in our life!!!

Everything. This hotel is one of the best where we’ve ever been to. I must admit that the bed is as soft as cloud, this is the best bed in the world, literally. Breakfasts are delicious, the service is excellent.
