Cons Very disappointing experience. The hotel appears to discourage reservations made through third-party platforms. If you book through Booking.com, they charge an additional $25 per day, which feels like a penalty for not booking directly through their website. The staff were rude and extremely unhelpful. I stayed here for a business trip, and the hotel even refused to provide a receipt for my stay, creating unnecessary problems with my expense reimbursement. This is not the level of service I would expect from a professional hotel. Poor customer service, questionable booking practices, and no consideration for business travelers. I would not stay here again and strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

Poor location; the rooms are very small and dark! The hallway feels like a tomb! Overall, a poor hotel!

Not worth it for the price

Close to the museums and touristy areas

Cons No Parking, over charge, there is no refrigirator, the water in the bathroom and faucet drips very slow. Not worth the price.

The breakfast buffet was evxceptional, and our server was delghtful!
