Everything was wonderful, it felt like living in a palace

Nice place. Easy access to city spotlights. Brilliant staff.

Cons The corridor on the 4th floor somehow got the smell from the kitchen. Sometimes it's nice.. especially if you are hungry :), but sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming.
Phenomenal staff, outdated building.
Staff were great - particularly the staff in the cafes/restaurant and Priya.
Cons The rooms are outdated/not entirely like they are online and there was a bizarre smell in the cupboards which meant we couldn’t use them.
Great interiors. Staff was good.
Cons Facilities had issues. The response time is slow
