The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful however the hotel itself needs upgrading

The selection for breakfast was really good. The hotel was right next to the airport so location was good for flights however not much around the hotel, the shuttle bus however took us to the main beach area with shops and restaurants

Cons The room was very much in need of updating and I suspect that the air conditioner had not been serviced or cleaned for a very long time. The toilets in the pool area were in awful condition, broken and dirty and the toilets in reception were not good and only one of two working.

Beautiful home away from home

I genuinely enjoyed my stay at this resort. The pool was beautiful, and the pool bar had such a relaxed atmosphere and great vibes — definitely one of my favourite spots to unwind. Please ask for Ehtsham, he is a great bar man and makes some mean cocktails. The housekeeping team was also lovely and did a great job every day. I especially appreciated that they always kept the room stocked with enough bottles of water. What really surprised me was how close the resort is to the airport. With the airport transfer service as well, arriving and leaving was incredibly easy and stress-free. Overall, I had such a pleasant experience here. The combination of the location, facilities and warm service made my stay even better than I expected. I would absolutely recommend this resort and would happily choose it again on my next visit.

Cons A few areas could benefit from some updating and refurbishment. The carpets in the sleeping areas of the rooms feel a little dated and could be refreshed to give the rooms a more modern feel. Some of the toilet facilities also appear slightly worn, particularly the toilet bowls, which could benefit from an upgrade. Around the pool, only one toilet is currently available, as the other appears to be undergoing renovation. The downstairs facilities near the buffet area would especially benefit from some refurbishment and a general refresh. These are relatively minor points, but addressing them would make an already enjoyable stay even more comfortable and polished.
