5 * perfect hotel in a great location.
The staff were amazing, the spa was beautiful and location was perfect. Made our first trip to krakow perfect. Will definitely be back.

Location was great. Swimming pool and spa very good and quite empty. Building with nice standing.
Cons TV services was terrible, no international channel and no platforms (Netflix and other). Bad for kids.
