Looks nice but is very outdated.
Cons Room was set at 60 but didn't feel like it. Everything seemed out of date. Walls are also super thin. I could hear everything from the people next door.

Cons The ac in my room didn't work. The breakfast was $15 a person for a basic breakfast that most places offer for free.
Location to the conference center and bricktown. One morning we woke up without water but this was fixed promptly.
Cons The breakfast was poor value for money and everything was served on disposable plates amd cutlery. There was no housekeeping of my room unless requested. One morning we didn't have any water. One set of elevators were out of service for the majority of our stay. Special requests received inconsistent answers which proved to be very stressful.

It was overpriced for not being clean or really accessible. We will not stay there again.
Cons We were not aware of the $150.00 deposit upon arrival & struggled finding additional funds in addition to paying for our stay. Also valet parking was all that was offered & it was $34/day so we used downtown free parking & had to walk multiple blocks. The trash in lobby area was always full, our room had stains all over carpet, mold on ceiling in bathroom, curtains wouldn't shut all the way, A/C was not great room was hot. Only one elevator seemed to be working. Never really saw any staff or interacted with them other than check in.
