Decent hotel in a good location

Clean room, enjoyed the gym and the indoor swimming pool. Location is central and able to walk to some of the main tourist places. Good breakfast choices.

Cons Nothing particularly to dislike although it is quite expensive.

да я пришлк ресепшен и сказал что зочу оплатить завтарк чтобы утром поесть, меня грубо отшили завтра придете утром и оплатите, грубияна. Я громко и настойчиво сказала что я СЕЙЧАС пришла и отвлекитесь от дел, пробейте чек и занимайтесь своими делами, только потому что в лобби были люди и все обратили внимание он оторвался от дел и сделал своб работу.

Das Frühstück hat eine große Vielfalt, echt super. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Nice location, rapidly deteriorating hotel - I've been coming for years, but probably won't return.

Fantastic swimming pool, sauna and spa. Great location.

Cons Faded and grubby rooms, bathrooms and general decor. Inattentive staff, and sometimes quite rude. The hotel failed to provide the airport pickup I ordered. When I arrived, the reception staff just laughed and laughed at me, as if this were the funniest thing in the world. I was quite upset at this - after a long flight, arriving late at night, with no car waiting as promised, and some quite unpleasant experiences with taxi touts, I really wasn't in the mood for the staff treating it all as a big joke.
