The staff were hospitable, particularly reception and room service. The location was also convenient for my work and leisure.

お部屋の設備はとても清潔かつ綺麗に整えられており、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。ホテルのすぐ隣にはショッピングモールがあり、買い物や食事にも困らない抜群のロケーションでした。 朝食は洋食とインドネシア料理の両方が用意されており、どちらも大変美味しく味わうことができました。 何より印象的だったのは、スタッフの皆様の素晴らしい対応です。ベルボーイの方がこちらの名前を覚えて声をかけてくださり、とても心地よい温かなおもてなしを感じました。 翌日のプランバナン寺院観光の際にはホテルの手配車を利用いたしました。多少割高ではありましたが、トヨタの清潔で新しい車両を用意していただき、移動中も大変快適でした。 全体として満足度が非常に高く、またぜひ利用したいと思えるステキなホテルでした。

Amazing experience

Amazing experience, when we arrived at the hotel, being warmth welcome with the reception and they assisted us. The room was very clean and nice, thank you for the welcome notes. Breakfast also very good, various of choices to pick and ask the chef recommendation too. Pool was my son’s fav. Definitely will visit n stay here again when visiting Yogyakarta.
