El personal muy amable con disposición de ayudar. Todas sus instalaciones son limpias. La vista hacia la montaña desde la terraza de la alberca, es excepcional.

The physical property was very good. Lovely hotel, great accommodations, bed linens, etc. kitchenette well supplied very happy with the overall experience.

Cons unfortunately, we experienced an earthquake while we were there. The staff was wonderful in trying to calm everyone that was there. They brought out a cart with aromatic teas coffee, water to make us as comfortable as possible. A very big suggestion would be that there should be some written information on a card or indivisible location to inform guest in the event of an earthquake. What should be each individuals response if they are in the hotel room. We did not know how to evacuate or what to do how to protect ourselves. That is a very important issue to address with the staff. Each one we spoke to had a different opinion of what we should’ve done. Otherwise the staff was really incredibly wonderful and very accommodating. But they need to have information for the travelers to be well informed of a response to an earthquake
