A nice hotel, with a good bar and restaurant. The rooftop pool is a real bonus with this hotel.

Cons Es wurde nicht jeden Tag gereinigt und Betten gemacht. Es war nicht möglich ein kleines Frühstück, nur Kaffee und ein Brötchen zu bekommen. In der Umgebung konnte man auch kein Frühstück bekommen. Die Lage fand ich schlecht, kein angenehmer Weg um in die Stadt zukommen. Das Personal war über die öffentlichen Parkplätze überhaupt nicht informiert.

Cons Very disappointing experience, especially regarding the rooftop pool. We stayed at the hotel from Tuesday to Friday, and one of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel — despite its location being further from the city centre — was the rooftop pool, which is advertised as being open until 9 PM. When we arrived on Tuesday, we were informed that the following day the pool would close at 5 PM instead of 9 PM due to a private event. We accepted that, assuming it was a one-off situation. However, the next day we found a notice in the elevator saying that the pool would actually close at 3 PM due to a private event. The same thing happened again the following day, and even today, on the day of our departure, the pool is once again closing early. So during practically our entire stay, the rooftop pool was not available during the advertised opening hours. If the rooftop is regularly used for private events and guests cannot actually rely on the advertised opening hours, this should be clearly communicated BEFORE booking. Had we known this in advance, we would simply have booked a hotel closer to the city centre. It is extremely frustrating to choose and pay for a hotel based on a specific facility, only to discover after arrival that this facility is repeatedly unavailable for a significant part of the advertised opening hours. Private events should not consistently take priority over paying hotel guests without clear advance notice. Very disappointing and definitely something future guests should be aware of before booking.
