Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good beds, but AC doesn't work well and rooms stay hot. Staff are genuinely helpful with special requests, though one guest reported poor attitudes toward local Chinese customers. Location is excellent for exploring Shanghai, but skip the expensive breakfast.
