Spacious rooms with modern design, comfortable beds, and no smoke smell. Excellent spa and gym facilities. Strong front desk and housekeeping staff, but doormen often fail to assist with luggage. Location next to luxury mall and metro is very convenient.

Rooms are spacious and recently renovated with good views, though bathrooms feel dated. Staff excels at service and the club lounge offers excellent food and perks. The location near shopping is excellent, but the aging building and crowded breakfast experience disappoint some guests.
