The hotel has newly renovated, clean rooms with good temperature control, but noise from nearby mosques at 4am and motorbike traffic on the main road disrupts sleep. Staff are friendly and efficient. The bathroom door design leaks water onto the floor.

Staff treat you well and breakfast varies daily, but rooms smell like cigarette smoke and urine with visible mold and hard pillows. Bathrooms need serious cleaning. The hotel needs renovation badly.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good upkeep. The real draw is the beautiful grounds with gardens, pools, and wildlife. Check-in can be slow and service inconsistencies exist, so don't expect flawless 5-star treatment despite the price.
