The hotel is clean with a great location and helpful staff, but the mattress feels too soft and rooms lack safes. Shared kitchen and laundry are useful perks, though laundry takes forever. Breakfast is decent when supplies are stocked.

Location near the Velodrome is excellent and staff are friendly, but cleanliness varies wildly. Rooms are small but acceptable. Bathrooms and bedsheets sometimes come dirty, so inspect before settling in. Book parking in advance or use the nearby shopping center lot.
