Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and comfortable beds, but the old building has squeaky floors, drafty windows, and dirty walls despite clean floors. The spa and gym need better maintenance and cleaning. Staff are friendly, breakfast is good, and the location is excellent, but expect heating issues and minor maintenance problems.
