Your inbox
Your Roomza inbox holds booking updates and messages tied to your trips. Send a message there and it reaches the Roomza team. Replies land back in the same thread and in your email.
The concierge
The Roomza Concierge is on around the clock, by voice or text. Call 1-844-4-ROOMZA (1-844-476-6692), or open the concierge from any page. It can read your trips and answer questions about a hotel or room. It pulls in a human when one is needed.
The hotel itself
For same-day things on the ground, like a late arrival, calling the front desk is often fastest. Your trip page has the hotel's details.
