You never pay more than the hotel's own price. Roomza keeps a small share of what you pay, and that share can never change a score.
Where the room prices come from
Roomza sells rooms through the same wholesale system hotels already use to distribute them. Wholesale rates sit below the hotel's public price, and the small share Roomza keeps comes out of that gap. When Roomza's price would ever reach the public rate, it is capped there. That is why most stays show a strike-through public rate and a lower Roomza price.
What the price never does
The share Roomza keeps can never change a score, and a hotel cannot pay for placement. The ranking answers to guests. That rule is public in the Trust Charter.
