Staff treat guests exceptionally well and go above and beyond. Rooms offer fantastic views including Sagrada Familia, and the breakfast buffet and spa are excellent. The hotel sits in a central location within walking distance of major sights.

Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable with good location near attractions. Service is inconsistent and unfriendly, staff don't greet guests reliably, and the hotel charges unexpectedly for items that should be complimentary like laundry bags. Breakfast quality disappoints despite inclusion.
