Staff delivers excellent service and food impresses consistently, but housekeeping breached privacy by entering an occupied room without knocking and left the door unlocked during checkout. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent beds, though the bathroom window visible from bed feels awkward.

Grand Resort has new, spacious, spotless rooms with comfortable beds and nice views. Staff treat guests warmly and handle requests quickly. The pool area and included breakfast stand out as highlights.
