The hotel has nice pool and breakfast, but serious problems plague stays: thermostats don't work, bugs appear on towels, key cards fail constantly, staff lock guests out, and management oversells rooms then charges hidden fees. Maintenance and management need overhaul.

Bright, clean rooms with fantastic mountain and city views sit in a safe mall location near cable cars. Staff go out of their way to help with transportation and arrangements. The on-site restaurant serves excellent food and breakfast includes hot kitchen orders.
