The hotel has nice pool and breakfast, but serious problems plague stays: thermostats don't work, bugs appear on towels, key cards fail constantly, staff lock guests out, and management oversells rooms then charges hidden fees. Maintenance and management need overhaul.

Bright, clean rooms with fantastic mountain and city views sit in a safe mall location near cable cars. Staff go out of their way to help with transportation and arrangements. The on-site restaurant serves excellent food and breakfast includes hot kitchen orders.

Rooms are spacious with good views, but cleaning smell sometimes lingers. Staff lacks attentiveness and service falls short of 5-star claims. Internet connection is poor and breakfast dietary requests get ignored.

Beds are comfortable and the location in central La Paz works well for tourists, but noise bleeds through thin walls and staff attention varies wildly. Front desk help ranges from genuinely helpful to ignoring guests entirely. The hotel sits in a decent area but getting to El Alto airport proves inconvenient.
