Rooms are small, plain, and basic for the price. Staff quality swings wildly depending on who you get. Location near the basilica and center is excellent, breakfast impresses, but you're paying premium prices for midrange accommodations.

The bed is uncomfortably hard. The hotel lacks a restaurant or room service, which guests found frustrating. Most reviewers were satisfied overall.
