Staff really care and go out of their way. The breakfast is excellent and the spa relaxes you. But room quality swings wildly: some guests get modern comfortable spaces with great views, while others get cramped cabins with sloppy details like inside-out sheets and dingy corridors.

Thin walls let you hear neighbors clearly. Rooms are small with few outlets and cheap toilet paper, though beds are comfortable. Housekeeping skips cleanings on multi-night stays. The spa's jacuzzi is cold and tiny. Staff ranges from friendly to arrogant. Location near old town is excellent.
