Rooms are spacious and quiet with good beds, though only odd floors exist and level 5 has a tricky step hazard. Staff are genuinely attentive and the wellness center with pools and forest setting make it excellent for rest, but parking fills fast and you need your own transport. One guest had a checkout fee dispute.

Rooms are spacious but dirty with maintenance issues like black mold in bathrooms. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. The restaurant saves the stay, but the pool costs extra and closes early. Beautiful grounds and gardens don't make up for poor room conditions.
