Staff treats you exceptionally well and handles requests quickly. Rooms are clean and comfortable though modest in size. The pool requires awkward navigation through stairs and a restaurant, but the spa and gym are solid. Plenty of on-site dining and cheap food shops nearby.

Rooms have serious issues: noise bleeds in badly, curtains don't block light, water pressure is weak, and cleanliness varies wildly from dirty sheets to spotless. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, but maintenance problems and beggar hassles at the entrance drag down the experience.
