Staff go above and beyond, especially in restaurants and pools. Reception desk hits or misses depending on who you get. Private beach lets you snorkel straight from shore, and multiple restaurants offer great food with beachfront views. Watch out for slow shower drainage and gaps in dining hours between 4:30 and 6:30pm.

Rooms are spacious and clean with excellent sea and pool views. Staff consistently go out of their way to help you. Food quality is mediocre so eat out for better meals, and note the spa is co-ed without privacy between genders.

The beach and rooms are excellent with great sea views, but the all-inclusive deal is misleading. You only get the main restaurant and one beach bar included, while other restaurants and bars charge separately. Staff are genuinely friendly, though food quality at the buffet disappointed some guests.
