Good location and helpful staff, but bathrooms need attention. Rooms feel dated with grimy shower tiles that housekeeping neglects. You get washer/dryer and comfortable beds, though views are just other buildings.

Rooms are clean and quiet with good beds and views, though decor feels dated and temperature controls can be frustrating. Staff delivers exceptional service, especially the concierge. The location near Liberation Monument and Hongya Cave is excellent, but food quality is inconsistent for a four-star hotel.
