Is Roomza cheaper than Expedia?

Sometimes, not always. At checkout we put the hotel's site, Expedia, and Booking.com side by side for the same room and dates, so you can see for yourself.

Can I pick my exact room on Expedia?

No. Expedia sells a room type. You can add a request, but it is not guaranteed. The hotel picks the room when you check in.

Can I pick my exact room on Roomza?

Yes, at hotels in the exact-room beta. You pick the room by number, and your booking carries it. At other hotels you book the room type, with a score for each room to guide you.

What if I do not like my room?

Tell us in your review. If you rate the room 2 or less out of 5, Roomza pays you at least $25. Then we take it to the hotel and fight for more, up to what you paid.
