Pick the room, not the type
Every room here has its own record: scores from verified stays and signal derived from the open web. Compare the rooms and choose one, by number.

Book it at the hotel's own price
You never pay more than the hotel's own price. Roomza keeps a small share of what you pay, and that share can never change a score.

Your booking carries the number
Roomza asks the hotel for your exact room by name. The room you chose rides on the booking, not on your luck at check-in.
And if you get a different room?
Say you booked Room 506 for the balcony. The wrong room entirely counts as a miss, and a miss is a guarantee claim on its own. Your review is the claim; there is no form and no support ticket.
Love the room you get, or Roomza pays you at least $25 and goes after the rest.
