The Roomza Report, Week of July 13
We settled what Roomza is in one sentence, published the Trust Charter, and ratified one type system for the whole product. Quiet on the outside, load-bearing everywhere after.

Where things stand
- New. One sentence we stand behind. Roomza is the room-level truth layer of hospitality.
- New. The Trust Charter, in public. Hotels cannot edit or buy their scores, written down where anyone can read it and hold us to it.
- Evolved. Type. Verdict set the look in June. This week settles the type underneath it: one sans for everything readable, mono for data, and a serif kept rare for the verdict itself.
- Evolved. Heat Check data, now genuinely open. The sample request works the first time you paste it.
- In progress. Booking on Roomza itself.
Shipped
- The brand sprint. Room-level truth layer positioning, the Trust Charter, and a written Review Integrity standard.
- The Trust Charter seal, placed where the promise matters.
- One type system. Before this, three different headline treatments were competing on the same site. Now there is one system.
- One door to the hotel side, instead of several competing links.
- Heat Check, properly open. The map is the page, in a palette that argues its own point.
- Claiming that attaches to real records. A hotel claiming its listing attaches to the record we already have, with per-hotel verification.
Improved
- Hotel share images, aligned to the live Verdict system, with a clean photo and the verdict where it reads best.
- Data requests route correctly, straight to the data team.
Retired
- Three competing headline treatments. The type system settled it.
- Dead code behind old scoring paths.
Positioning weeks look slow from the outside. They are the weeks that make every later week faster.
