Staff go out of their way to help you and the front desk team is genuinely excellent. The hotel is clean with good amenities like a spa and pool. One guest had repeated issues with maintenance work during weekends that management never fixed, so noise during your stay is a real risk.

Rooms are spacious with decent beds and good WiFi, but "sea view" rooms face buildings so you see sky instead. The Club Lounge was closed for renovation during at least one guest's stay, and staff didn't offer equivalent service. One room had a sewage smell that housekeeping didn't fix promptly.
