Rooms are spacious, clean, and offer great views of Cologne Cathedral. Reception staff go out of their way to help guests. The top bar has a notoriously rude bartender, so avoid it and use the pleasant downstairs restaurant instead. Location near the cathedral and train station can't be beat.
