Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location near MTR stations and shops is excellent, but soundproofing is weak and rooms aren't very large in some cases. No pool or spa.

This hotel has great location next to MTR and restaurants, but rooms vary wildly. Some are newly renovated and clean, others are old with stained carpets, hard beds, musty smells, and cigarette odor. Front desk staff range from helpful to dismissive about elite member benefits.
