Rooms are decent-sized but need maintenance: noisy sliding bathroom doors, stained towels and pillows, weak soundproofing, and no in-room water. Location near metro and malls is great. Staff quality varies wildly, though reception staff sometimes go above and beyond. Breakfast impresses, but the hotel lacks basic amenities like a drop-off area.
