Staff genuinely go out of their way to help you. Breakfast impresses with fresh ingredients and variety. The rooftop bar has great city views. One guest noted the bathroom door hits the front door when you enter, creating dents.

The hotel has spacious, well-decorated rooms with great location near night markets, but cleanliness is inconsistent and the pool stays cold. Staff are friendly and go out of their way for guests, especially families. Food quality disappoints for a 5-star property.
