Staff treats you great and the downtown location beats other hotels. The building is aging with worn carpet, small bathrooms, and a pool needing renovation, but rooms stay clean. Internet can be spotty but the gym and on-site dining impress guests.

Rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and good water pressure, though the hotel feels dated and some guests reported musty smells and noisy climate control. Location near the harbour is excellent. Staff quality varies wildly from exceptional to inflexible, and the restaurant is overpriced despite decent food.

Spacious, clean rooms with big balconies and ocean views, but hospital sirens penetrate even closed windows on higher floors so bring earplugs unless noise doesn't bother you. Staff consistently go above and beyond. Hot water runs slow during peak times and elevators have long waits. Great downtown location near restaurants and shops.
