Spacious, comfortable rooms with good beds and excellent hot water, though central heating runs very hot and can't adjust individually. Staff go out of their way to help, especially the concierge. Breakfast buffet is excellent, location walkable to city wall, and opening windows at night works well despite traffic noise.
