Staff treat you really well and the rooms are clean with good showers and city views. Thin walls let you hear neighbors clearly at night. Pillows disappoint, elevators sometimes break down when busy, and restaurant prices are steep.

Rooms are decent sized with good views from upper floors, but sound insulation is poor so you hear neighbors clearly. The shower has weak water pressure and low heads. Staff are helpful and the location is excellent, though the hotel nickel-and-dimes non-members on wifi and checkout.

Beds are comfortable with blackout curtains and quiet rooms. The location works well for repeat visitors. Staff goes above and beyond for special occasions and events.

You get a spacious room with a full kitchen, comfortable bed, and clean space for the price. The building looks dated outside but works well inside. Staff like Mark and Yunna go out of their way to help, though soundproofing from hallways is weak and occasional lock issues happen.
