Rooms are spacious and clean with good amenities, but soundproofing is poor—you'll hear neighbors' conversations, showers, and footsteps. Location near West Lake and metro is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Rooms are old, noisy, and overheat in winter with weak AC controls. Bathrooms have drainage problems and slow toilet flushes. Staff provides excellent service and the West Lake location is great, but breakfast disappoints for the price.

Rooms vary wildly in quality and views. Expect old furniture, flat pillows, and possible insect problems. Staff struggle with English and may give wrong information about what's included. Location near West Lake is good if you book a lake-facing room.
